TORRINGTON – Lopez, Charles (#13165), a Wyoming inmate, died February 21, 2026, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) in Torrington
Lopez was convicted on March 15, 1976, in Sweetwater County by Judge Kenneth Hamm of Murder in the Second Degree (W.S. 6-2-104). Lopez received a sentence of life in prison.
Lopez was born in Worland, Wyoming on January 12, 1946.
