CHEYENNE, WY – Willis, Robert (#13140), a Wyoming inmate, died November 25, 2025, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) in Torrington.
Willis was convicted on May 26, 1983, in Fremont County by Judge Elizabeth Kail on one count of Murder in the First Degree (Accessory Before the Fact (W.S. 6-1-201a). Willis was sentenced to Life in Prison.
Willis was born in Wyoming on November 9, 1953.
