GOSHEN COUNTY – Last month, several Goshen County youth earned top awards at the Wyoming Art Symposium in Casper. The event – sponsored annually by the Wyoming High School Activities Association – is the largest annual display of student artwork in the nation, with more than 5,000 pieces representing schools of all classes, Lingle-Fort Laramie (LFL) art teacher Amanda
Cornelius said.
“This year, Goshen County Schools had a terrific showing,” she said.
Winners represent a high recognition of skill, application of art techniques and processes.
Results are as follows:
LFL High School winners:
Regan Walford: Dark Flight, Rorschach Populous, Wings
Kelly Peterson: Mile in My Shoes, Broken
Sierra Spears: Fall In
Georgia Wollert: Whisper
