CASPER – Betty Jean Burlingame, 76, passed away peacefully in the presence of her daughter, Karen, and the wonderful, caring staff of Meadow Wind Assisted Living Center in Casper.
Services will be held at Riverside Church of Christ in Torrington on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at 11 a.m. followed by a small luncheon.
