TORRINGTON – No services will be held for Betty Jane Kelly, 100, who passed away peacefully August 11, 2024, at Goshen Healthcare Community and cremation has taken place. Betty was born February 27, 1924, in Hagie, Wyoming to Cecil and Carrie (Stevens) Vance. Colyer Funeral Home assisted the family with the cremation arrangements.
