CHEYENNE – Join us in honoring the rich heritage of western art and celebrating some of the finest western artists in the nation at the 44th Annual Cheyenne Frontier Days Western Art Show and Sale. Taking place from July 18 to August 11, 2024, this event sets the stage for the 128th Cheyenne Frontier Days.
No other art show in the United States celebrates the beauty of the American West like the Cheyenne Frontier Days Western Art Show & Sale. Top artists from across the country who share a passion for the heritage and character of the American West present original paintings, sculpture, mixed media, and drawings in a collection that cannot be found anywhere else. This year, we are proud to present over 50 influential figures in western art such as local Torrington artist, Julie Nighswonger. Nighswonger will be featuring four oil paintings in the show.
Art will be on display and accessible with Museum admission from July 19-August 11, during Museum hours. Prior to the public viewing, an opening reception will be held on July 18. Tickets for this show are available online through cfdartshow.com or you can call the museum office at (307)778-7243. Tickets are $175 per museum member, $195 per non-museum member, or $225 per person after July 11. Each ticket purchase includes dinner, drinks, a reception at the governor’s residence, and the first chance to see and purchase the art.
