TORRINGTON – Rachele Davis always knew she was different. The once Utah native can remember her mother asking her to use her energy to comfort illnesses. Davis explained, she always tried to hide it but over the years, she has become passionate about helping others understand the metaphysical meaning of the body. By embracing her life’s purpose, Davis explained, she provides clients with guidance and tools to help them heal by clearing self-sabotaging behaviors and opening them up to receive endless possibilities through her sessions, workshops, conSOULtations and now, her classes at Eastern Wyoming College Community Education.
Davis specializes in empowerment workshops, retreats, spiritual guidance readings and mentorships. She provides spirit connections, spirit entity removals and house clearings. Davis also is a Holy Fire III world Peace Karuna Reiki Master and she provides chakra clearings and aura scans. She also provides healing with singing bowls, tuning forks and drums. She offers her services in person and remotely for convenience.
“I own 4R Healing and I am an intuitive healer and reiki master and empowerment coach,” Davis said. “I have been doing it for years. I recently quit my corporate job to pursue healing full-time.”
Davis moved to the area recently to get away from the bigger city life.
“Coming here, I had reached out to Donna (White, the community education director at the college) about doing some sound healing at the college at night and she reached back out to me. She looked at my website,” Davis said. “I’ve been teaching workshops for seven or eight years so that’s what she asked me to put together is some outlines of some workshops that could help the community to understand what holistic wellness is and the benefits.”
According to the National Library of Medicine, people often think about wellness in terms of nutrition, exercise, weight management and other defining aspects of physical health. However, the library also explains, wellness is a holistic integration of physical, mental spiritual well-being from fueling the body, engaging the mind and nurturing the spirit.
“Holistic wellness treats the body as a whole, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. It doesn’t matter what faith you are or not it treats the energy of the body and whatever’s not serving the person, that’s what gets released through reiki,” Davis explained.
“Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by ‘laying on hands’ and is based on the idea that an unseen ‘life force energy’ flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s ‘life force energy’ is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy,” reiki.org explained.
Davis will be teaching a handful of classes through the community education department. The first class, Holistic Wellness and Health Benefits teaches a holistic approach to wellness by encouraging self-awareness and empowering individuals to understand the meaning, symptoms and root cause of an illness. The two-hour long class covers holistic awareness, healing modalities and benefits, chakras and understanding your energy centers, the difference between ego, intuition, soul and spirit as well as a mind, body connection. The classes are scheduled for November 12, December 10, 2024, and January 14, 2025. The first class is a prerequisite to Davis’ additional classes.
Davis will also be teaching Understanding the Holistic Meaning of Illness, where participants will learn techniques and tools on how to listen to their body, gain awareness of what is awakening or releasing and become familiar with how they’re own life force energy has the ability to help heal the source. Those classes will be available January 28 and March 11, 2025. Additional classes have been scheduled for the community education department on Davis’ Self-love Workshop, also scheduled for February and March.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness, Davis is offering new clients a discount for healing services.
“I would also be happy to offer a 25% PINK DISCOUNT off any healing services to support this awareness,” Davis said. “I have helped many people with this diagnosis to recover and reduce the side effects of the chemo or radiation treatments, as well as the emotional and mental stress that they and their loved ones are going through.”
