BURNS – The Lingle-Fort Laramie girls’ basketball team began the season with a dominating win over Class 2A East Regional foe Big Horn before dropping two straight to a pair of 3A teams at the Burns Winter Classic last weekend.

TORRINGTON – The Torrington High School wrestling team opened the season with a 48-37 dual victory over Class 4A Cheyenne South on Thursday before traveling to Cheyenne East High School for the annual Charlie Lake Invite.
