TORRINGTON – A Torrington woman is facing three felony charges after investigators allege she allowed a young child to be sexually abused and discussed the abuse with her boyfriend in text messages.

LYMAN – Fire crews from multiple Wyoming and Nebraska departments worked Monday afternoon Feb. 9 and into the night to contain a wind-driven grass fire near Lyman which burned an estimated 160 acres and threatened at least one structure.
