TORRINGTON – The Torrington Police Department is investigating a burglary at the Torrington Taco Johns, which Chief of Police Matt Johnson says occurred during the night. The investigation is ongoing. To maintain the integrity of the investigation and the safety of officers and others on the scene, please avoid the area until they have completed their on-site investigation.
