MINOT, N.D. – Torrington High School alum Corbin Harris broke a Minot State record over the weekend.
Harris’ toss of 14.31 meters – 46 feet, 11 1/2 inches – in shot put broke a Minot State Beaver record on Saturday, May 1 at the Ron Masanz Classic hosted by Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
The MSU freshman finished second in the event and was also eighth in the hammer throw with a distance of 45-87 meters.
