TORRINGTON – A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 7, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Torrington with Pastor Brian Keithline officiating. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Carl passed away Friday, April 16, 2021, of COVID-19.
