TORRINGTON – Robert “Bob” Willard passed away Oct. 20, 2022. He was the former mayor of Yoder, former janitor at the Yoder school and was the pastor at Torrington’s Seventh Day Adventist Church.
A memorial service will be held at Torrington’s Seventh Day Adventist Church, East B and 21st Streets, Nov. 6 at 2 p.m.
Bob is survived by his wife, Darlene, and his son, Greg Willard.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents and his son, Rob Willard.
