TORRINGTON – Registration is open now through June 4 for the annual Youth Theatre Workshop, hosted by Goshen Community Theatre here.
Workshop dates will be June 21-28 this year, hosted by GCT and Eastern Wyoming College as part of EWC’s Kid’s College. Roles are open for Pony Express riders, cowboys and cowgirls and talented cows.
The workshop is open to students in third through eighth grade. Tuition is $50 and scholarships are available. During the workshop, participants will explore various aspects of the theatre, including acting, singing, dance and creating costumes
and props.
The showcase for this year’s workshop will be There’s a Home in Wyoming. A free performance is scheduled for the EWC Fine Arts Auditorium stage at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 28, to wrap up the workshop.
