NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED on the 14th day of January 2022 Venita Cochran, a resident of Goshen County, Wyoming died in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska leaving Sonya Rae Gupta and Vonda Kae Davis as beneficiaries of her estate.
On April 11, 2022 Louis Hubbs, filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Goshen County, State of Wyoming an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution of Personal Property in which he requested appointment as Personal Representative and to vest ownership of Decedent’s interest in the personal property described in the petition, after payment of all valid creditor claims, in Sonya Rae Gupta and Vonda Kae Davis as beneficiaries.
The petition has been set for hearing in the Eighth Judicial District Courtroom, Goshen Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming at 8:30 a.m. on the 15th day of June 2022 where all interested persons may appear and present objections to the prayer of relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution setting over Decedent’s personal property to the beneficiaries to receive an interest therein and thereto.
