Notice of hereby given that the Goshen Irrigation District issued a certificate of substantial completion to Paul Reed Construction for the work performed for the district project 10-5715 at the 83.6 check structure in Goshen County, Wyoming. The district has accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract which will occur on June 13, 2022
