NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
                                                    

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ophelia R. Vondra and Barbara J. Kuns, sole distributees of Raymond E. McCoy, who died on August 7, 2020, have filed in this Court an Application under W.S. §2-1-205 to establish all right, title and interest in and to that certain real property described as follows:

    Sheridan County, WY:    

Lot 1 of Block 18 in the Original Town of Big Horn, Sheridan County, Wyoming, ALSO INCLUDING the vacated portions of River Street, First Street and the vacated W1/2 of the alley which said Lot is adjacent to, being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point which is the intersections of the center line of said First Street and the centerline of the said River Street; thence along the said centerline of First Street N89°40’30”E, 164.29 feet; thence leaving said centerline S00°14’49”E, 80.80 feet, along the centerline of said vacated alley; thence leaving said centerline S89°53’55”W, 162.92 feet along the southerly line of said Lot 1 to a point on the centerline of said River Street; thence following along said centerline N01°13’32”W, 80.17 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

ALSO

Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 18, of the Town of Big Horn, Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Also the following portions of First Street and Willow Street vacated by the Board of County Commissioners, described as:

That part of Willow Street (vacated) which lies East of and immediately adjacent to Lots 2 and 4 of said Block 18;




That part of First Street (vacated) described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 2 of said Block 18; thence North 50 feet; thence West 110 feet; thence South 50 feet, to a point on the North line of said Lot 2 extended, thence East 110 feet to the point of beginning.

That part of Willow Street (vacated) described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence North 50 feet; thence East 42 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Willow Street; thence South 50 feet; thence West to the point of beginning.


Goshen County, WY:

Township 24, Range 62, Section 27, E2NENE, containing 11.74 acres.
(6466 Road 39, Torrington, WY)    


    If no objections are made to this Application on or before the 22nd day of November, 2021, the distributees will seek to have this Court enter its Decree establishing the right, title and interest of the distributees in this property in accordance with the facts set forth in the Application.
