Notice is hereby given that the City of Torrington will receive sealed bids for the following tract of land: A tract of land located at 3695 Bighorn Street in the City of Torrington.
Halco 1st Addition, Lot 11. Property is zoned R-2 Residential
For bid forms and any questions or viewing of the property call Dennis Estes, Building Official at 307-532-0298 M-F 7AM – 4PM, or email destes@torringtonwy.gov Bids will be taken until 2:00 P.M. Local Time, on the 30th day of June, 2021, all bids shall be marked [Bids for 3695 Bighorn Street Attn: Lynette Strecker] at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Torrington City Hall located at 436 East 22nd Avenue Torrington, Wyoming 82240. All bids must be submitted on the forms supplied by the City of Torrington. There is a minimum bid requirement of $58,000.
The City of Torrington is under no obligation to accept any bid. The City of Torrington may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject all bids.
