NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
That Richard W. Tebbet died on the 19th day of December, 2018, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Peggy Fullmer, Thomas Tebbet, and Kent Tebbet, as his sole beneficiaries to the property described herein. Thomas Tebbet and Kent Tebbet have each signed Disclaimers, disclaiming any interest they might have in the below-described property.
That Peggy Fullmer, the above named beneficiary, on the 2nd day of June, 2021, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2020), praying that the Court adjudge to her the following described real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming:
a. An undivided 8.33% in and to any oil, gas and other fluid hydrocarbons, to or located in, on or under the following described property:
TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH RANGE 63 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., GOSHEN COUNTY, WYOMING Section 11: SW¼ and Section 14: NW¼
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o’clock a.m., on the 13th day of July, 2021.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into a Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
