DISTRIBUTION UNDER W.S. § 2-1-205
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that an Application for Decree of Distribution Under W.S. § 2-1-205 has been filed in the above-named Court alleging that Beneva F. Heil, also known as Beneva Faye Heil, also known as Beneva Heil, and formerly known as Beneva F. Baird, at the time of her death, owned the following described real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF GOSHEN AND STATE OF WYOMING: LOT 4, BLOCK 1, HALCO THIRD ADDITION, TO THE TOWN OF TORRINGTON, GOSHEN COUNTY, WYOMING. PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 0724610410101700 FIRST AMERICAN ORDER NO: 12720963,
and requesting that the real property be distributed to Donald G. Van Natter. Any objection to said Application must be filed in said Court within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication. If no timely objections are filed, the Court shall enter the requested Decree establishing the right and title to said property.
