NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
That John Emanuel Anderson died on the 23rd day of April, 2020, in Goshen County, Wyoming.
That Frances E. Anderson, heir of the deceased, on the 25th day of February, 2021 filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S.§ 2-1-201 and 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge one-third of the following described property be distributed to-wit:
Real Property
A. The Northeasterly 75.0 feet of BNSF Railway Company’s (formerly Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company) 190.0 foot wide Branch Line right of way, being 50.0 feet wide on the Southwesterly side and 140.0 feet wide on the Northeasterly side of said Railway Company’s Main Track centerline as located and constructed upon, over and across the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 9, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Goshen County, Wyoming lying between two lines drawn parallel with and distant respectively, 65.0 feet and 140.0 feet Northeasterly of, as measured at right angles from said Main Track centerline and bounded between two lines drawn at right angles to said Main Track centerline distant, respectively, 560.0 feet and 810.0 feet Northwesterly of the East line of said NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 9, as measured along right angles from said Main Track centerline, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, that portion, if any, lying within 8.5 feet from the centerline of said Railway Company’s most Northeasterly House Track, as now located and constructed.
B. Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, NINTH ADDITION, to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County Wyoming, LESS a tract of land to The State Highway Commission of Wyoming as set out in Quitclaim Deed recorded June 27, 1979 in Book 412, Page 367, Goshen County Records, and LESS a tract of land to The State Highway Commission of Wyoming as set out in Quitclaim Deed recorded June 27, 1979 in Book 412, Page 368, Goshen County Records.
C. Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Block 06, Torrington 01st Addition, Town of Torrington, Goshen County Wyoming.

That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 11:30 o’clock a.m., on the 5th day of April, 2021, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over a one-third share of the above described property as set forth above.
