The building is located at 220 East Valley Road. Brian Proffitt, Mary Szarmach and Christine Sharpless addressed the Mayor and Council. Mr. Proffitt stated that the Cigarette Store Corp engaged in a conversion to a Limited Liability Company (LLC). He commented that since the case is pending conclusion and in the interest of providing due process for Mr. Singh, he is recommending that the Retail Liquor License for KCAS, LLC DBA Thrifty’s Gas & Liquor not be renewed with the contingency that Mr. Singh be allowed to present any rebuttal or information to the Mayor and Council that he wishes on or before 03-16-21.
