Inspection and acceptance thereof having been made; final payment is now due the contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. All persons, firms or corporations who have any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract shall make them known to:

This section does not relieve the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, 175 Berkeley Street, Boston, MA 02116; the sureties on the bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Contract.
