Notice is hereby given for the application of Steven Rowland  as provided under Section, 18, Subdivision Regulations for the City of Torrington.  Applicant is submitting an application for a; Variance for the following; A request for an increase in the allowable sq. ft. of 560 sq. ft. to 600 sq. ft. for a new garage, and a Setback Variance on the East and North Sides from the required 5’ to 3’.
