TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF LONDON FLATS-BOVEE DRAINAGE DISTRICT, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS
YOU AND EACH OF YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of January, 2021, at the residence of Stanley Speckner, 7856 Deer Creek Road, Lingle, Wyoming, an election shall be held at 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon of said day and the polls shall remain open until all those who are present at the election shall have voted, but no later than 12:00 Noon.
The nominations shall not close as long as and landowner on the District desires to nominate landowners for two (2) Commissioners and voting shall be by ballot, and in voting, every person, company, or corporation owning land assessed for the benefits within the District shall be entitled at such election to cast one vote for such person, company or corporation within said district, and assessed for benefits therein. Landowners may vote in person or by proxy, and if by proxy, the same shall be in writing and filed with the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of the District at the time the election meeting is called to order.
