PUBLIC NOTICE

BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of
GOSHEN COUNTY, WYOMING
    Tuesday October 20, 2020
The Board of County Commissioners of Goshen County, Wyoming met in regular session on the above date at 9:00 am at the Goshen County Courthouse in the Commissioners Chambers with the following members present Chairman John Ellis, Pinky Walter Commissioner and Cindy Kenyon, County Clerk and Clerk of the Board. Vice Chairman Cody Cox was participating by phone. The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the agenda and minutes of the last meeting, seconded and passed.
Sheriff Kory Fleenor presented the Sheriff’s report. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the earnings report in the amount of $1350.00 and the Commissary report, seconded and passed.

The County Treasurer could presented her report via email. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the Treasurer’s report, seconded and passed.
The County Clerk presented the updated warrants for approval. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the updated warrant report, seconded and passed. The last bill for the elevator replacement by Kone was also approved.
Commissioner Walter moved to change the date for the next meeting to November 4, 2020 due to the upcoming general election, seconded and passed.
County Assessor Debbi Surratt presented two Reduction of Taxes Orders in the amount of $97.66. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the Reduction of Taxes Orders as presented, seconded and passed. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the contract with Schneider GeoSpatial for increased online public user accessibility to assessor records, seconded and passed. Commissioner Walter moved to accept the Assessor’s report, seconded and passed.
Public Health Director Kelly Beard presented a Memorandum of Understanding with Cowboy Clinic for Covid testing services and an amendment to the Public Health Covid Nursing contract with the State of Wyoming. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the MOU with Cowboy Clinic and Amendment 1 to the Covid Nursing contract, seconded and passed. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the Public Health report, seconded and passed.
Resident Shawn Madden requested the Commissioner’s approval on a change of well location. Commissioner Walter moved to approve the consent to change of well location as presented, seconded and passed.
The Commission adjourned at 10:05 am. The next regular meeting will be Wednesday November 4, 2020.
