Public notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of the Eastern Wyoming Community College District, State of Wyoming that they intend to adopt the following new or revised policies: Board Policy 2.4 Serious Infectious Illness, Board Policy 2.6 Acceptance of Gifts by Eastern Wyoming College and EWC Foundation, Board Policy 2.7 Facility Naming, Board Policy 2.9 Media Relations, and Board Policy 3.5 Employment and Service Outside the College
Such action to be taken at a regular meeting of the Board to be held at 5:45 p.m., on the 8th of December, 2020, in Room 274 of the Tebbet Building, located at 3200 West C Street, Torrington, Wyoming 82240.
Interested persons may submit data, views, and arguments relative thereto in writing, in care of the President of Eastern Wyoming College, 3200 West C Street, Torrington, WY 82240. Writings, must be submitted no later than one day prior to the above meeting. A copy of the proposed policy is available for inspection at the Office of the President or can be found at:
Commenters may request a statement or principal reasons for overruling the consideration urged by the commenter. If requested, the statement will be issued either prior to or within thirty (30) days after action is taken.
