PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Wyrulec, for authority to revise its rules and regulations pertaining to its Meter Testing and Verification plan.

Wyrulec is a public utility as defined in Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101(a)(vi)(C), subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 37-2-112.

On September 2, 2020, Wyrulec filed its Application requesting authority to change its meter testing policy and to rename and make changes to its idle service policy, effective on and after November 1, 2020.

Wyrulec’s current meter testing policy requires it to test no less than 10% of the Company’s total number of meters each year. Wyrulec now proposes to change that amount from 10% to 1/16th of the total number of meters.

Wyrulec also proposes to rename its Idle Service Policy to the “Minimum Monthly Service Charge” in order to better reflect the nature of the policy.

This is not a complete description of the Application. Wyrulec’s Application is on file at the Commission’s offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours or online at: http://psc.state.wy.us/.
