NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENTS ESTATE
That Ronald Romero died on the 28th day of August, 2019 in Englewood, Arapahoe County, Colorado, leaving Linda Romero, Ronnie Romero and Renee Romero as his sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.
That Ronnie Romero and Renee Romero, two of the above named beneficiaries, on the 24th day of June, 2020, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2017), praying that the Court adjudge the decedent’s 1/6 ownership interest in the following described real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed as follows:
Lot 8, Block 2, Haught 2nd Addition, to the Town of Torrington,
Goshen County, Wyoming
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 9:00 oclock a.m., on the 5th day of August, 2020. If persons object, the Court shall set a new hearing for all parties to appear;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
