NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP
AND NOTICE OF HEARING
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on May 1, 2020, Margaret Miller Olson and Cindy Miller Woods filed a Petition for Determination of Heirship, wherein Margaret Miller Olson and Cindy Miller Woods are identified as all of the heirs at law of John Benner Miller, Deceased, and wherein said Petitioner has requested that the Court determine that said heirs are the heirs at law of John Benner Miller and that certain mineral interests in the North half of Section 17, Township 20N, Range 62W of the 6th P. M. Principal Meridian, Goshen County, Wyoming, were part of the decedent’s estate and descended to said heirs. John Benner Miller died on or about August 31, 1998, at United Medical Center West, Laramie County, Wyoming. At the time of his death, John Benner Miller was a resident of Laramie County, Wyoming, and the owner of said mineral interests. Any persons having an interest in the above described estate are hereby given notice that such Petition for Determination of Heirship is pending. Notice is further given that a hearing on said Petition is set for the 26th day of June, 2020, at 8:00 a.m., in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming. If the facts as stated in the Petition are not in dispute, the Court will enter its Decree determining that Margaret Miller Olson and Cindy Woods Olson are all of the heirs at law of John Benner Miller, Deceased, and that, by the laws of succession, the decedent’s interest in those certain mineral interests in the North half of Section 17, Township 20N, Range 62W of the 6th P. M. Principal Meridian, Goshen County, Wyoming, descended to said heirs.
