AMENDED ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO ALLOW SALE OR OTHER DISPOSITION OF WYOMING PROPERTY
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court upon Petitioner’s MOTION FOR ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO ALLOW SALE OR OTHER DISPOSITION OF WYOMING PROPERTY;
It appearing the Decedent died intestate, a resident of Weld County, Colorado on September 27, 2017;
IT IS ORDERED that Notice of the filing of said Petition and of intention of said Co-Petitioners to have said probate proceedings admitted in this state as original probate proceedings of said Estate and to allow sale or disposition of Wyoming property within the Estate, be given by publication for a period of three (3) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in Goshen County, Wyoming.
Said petition shall be heard on the 8th day of May, 2020, at the hour of 8:30 a.m. for 15 minutes, or as soon thereafter as may be heard at the Goshen County Courthouse, 2125 East A, Torrington, WY 82240, at which time any creditor and all persons may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.
