NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE
The City of Torrington will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of two train cabooses. Units will be sold as-is and winning bidder is solely responsible for moving the units off of city property as agreed to upon the sale. Each unit requires a separate bid and will be sold separately. Units are located behind the Homesteaders Museum located at 495 South Main Street in Torrington WY. Bids shall be delivered to Torrington City Hall @ 436 East 22nd Avenue no later than 2 PM March 11, 2020. At which time the bids will be publicly opened. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked “Caboose Bid” attention Dennis Estes. Questions about the units can be found by contacting Dennis Estes @ 307-532-0298. The City of Torrington reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
