NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENTS ESTATE
That Ruth E. Bass died on the 12th day of October, 1999, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving the Ruth E. Bass Trust, which is dated January 25, 1989 and amended June 30, 1997, as her sole beneficiary to the property described herein.
That the Pinnacle Bank of Torrington, Wyoming and Tiffany Bustinduy, Trustees of the Ruth E. Bass Trust, which is dated January 25, 1989 and amended June 30, 1997, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming on November 7, 2019, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205 (LexisNexis 2017), praying that the Court adjudge the following described mineral ownership located in Goshen County and Platte County, Wyoming be distributed to the Ruth E. Bass Trust, which is dated January 25, 1989 and amended June 30, 1997 as follows:
Goshen County Mineral Rights in and to:
TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 65 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,
GOSHEN COUNTY, WYOMING
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 oclock a.m., on the 23rd day of December, 2019. If persons object, the Court shall set a new hearing for all parties to appear;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real and personal property as set forth above.
