INVITATION TO BID EQUIPMENT
One (1) NEW 2019 OR NEWER MODEL YEAR, 3000 GALLON DRY SIDE FIRE TANKER
THE TOWN OF LAGRANGE will receive sealed bids (NO FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS) in the Town Clerk’s Office at Town Hall. P.O. Box 185, 200 C Street LaGrange, WY 82221, until 2:00 p.m. on August 19th, 2019, at which time bids will be publically opened. No bids will be considered which are received after the scheduled time. All bids will be on separate forms and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the project “Fire Department- 3000 gallon dry side Fire Tanker” in the lower left hand corner.
Bidding documents are available from the Town Clerk’s Office at the address shown above, by calling 307-834-2466. Bidders must use the Town of LaGrange Bid Form.
The “General Provisions”, “Bid Form”, “Invitation to Bid” and Wyoming Statute §15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents and invitation. The Town of LaGrange reserves the right to accept deviations from the specifications and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities in the bidding in the sole discretion of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids or accept any bid, which in its sole and absolute judgment, shall under all circumstances, best serve the Town’s interests.
This project requires a 5% bid security. The Town may require up to 45 days after the opening of the bids for acceptance of the winning bid.
Pursuant to W.S. §16-6-106 preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state.
