AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF MONEY BY THE CITY OF TORRINGTON, WYOMING, TO MEET ITS GENERAL FUND REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS, TO MEET ITS ENTERPRISE FUND REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS, FOR THE 2020 FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2019 AND FIXING THE SUM TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TORRINGTON, WYOMING:
SECTION 1. The following sums of money are hereby appropriated out of unexpended balances of the Fund Accounts and from estimated revenues, including Ad Valorem Tax Revenues, the total sum of $32,872,828 as follows:
General Fund Requirements: Mayor & Council 374,625; Municipal Law 256,592; City Clerk/Treasurer 941,659; Maintenance 94,884; Lincoln Complex 386,439; Police Dept/911/Communications 2,494,626; Fire Department 195,674; Engineering 444,989; Streets & Alleys 1,849,196; Storm Drain Maintenance 103,488; Vehicle Maintenance 278,097; Parks & Recreation 428,587; Community Projects 143,283; Museum 134,800; Industrial Park 146,497; Special Construction Proj. 197,076; Total General Fund Requirements 8,470,512.
Water Fund Requirements: Power & Pump 406,445; Metering 171,761; Distribution & Administration 1,503,283; Water Fund Projects 1,678,252; Total Water Fund Requirements 3,759,741.
Sewer Fund Requirements: Operations and Maintenance 1,188,802; Construction Projects 1,590,000; Total Sewer Fund Requirements 2,778,802.
