NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
You are hereby notified that an Application Pursuant To Wyoming Statute § 2-1-205 for Decree of Summary Distribution of Real Property, Civil Action No. P-2019-29-DC, has been filed in the Matter of the Heirs of the Estate of Vincent J. Duncan, deceased, in the Wyoming District Court for the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, whose address is P.O. Box 818, Goshen County Courthouse, 2125 East A, Suite 236, Torrington, WY 82240; the object and prayer of which is to distribute to the legally entitled parties the decedent’s oil, gas and other mineral interests in the following described lands:

Any objection must be filed with the District Court within 30 days following the last date of publication of this notice, or a Decree of Summary Distribution of the Estate of Vincent J. Duncan, deceased, may be granted without further notice.
