NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

TO ALL PERSONS YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 6th day of May 2018  Terry Bayless died in Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Nathaniel Dean Bayless, a minor as heir-at-law of his estate.  
On the 25th day of April 2019, Robert Bayless, brother of deceased, filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Goshen County, State of Wyoming, a Verified Petition for Admission of Estate into Probate and Appointment of Personal Representative requesting the Court to vest ownership of Decedent’s interest in the personal property described in the petition, after payment of all valid creditor claims, in the heir-at-law herein.
The petition has been set for hearing in the Eighth Judicial District Courtroom, Goshen Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming at 8:00 a.m. on the 10th day of July 2019, where all interested persons may appear and object to the prayer of relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution, setting over Decedent’s above-described property to the heir-at-law to receive an undivided  interest therein and thereto.
