Public Notice Advertisement for Bids - Sealed bids for the purchase of one vehicle for the Town of Fort Laramie – Maintenance Department, will be received by the Town of Fort Laramie by the Town Clerk on or before June 5th at 4:00PM to be opened at the June 12th Council Meeting at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The town is looking to purchase a 2018 or 2019 (New) 2500 Pick-Truck. This truck can be a single or double cab with either a short, long or flat bed. Diesel or gas. Base model is fine. The sealed envelope shall be marked “Maintenance Vehicle”. Each bid shall contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Bid and all persons interested therein. No Bidder shall withdraw his Bid after the actual opening thereof. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid that is deemed by Town to be in the best interest of the Town.
