NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 16th day of March 2019, Eric L. Clabaugh died in Scottsbluff County, Scottsbluff, Nebraska, leaving Edith Clabaugh as heir-at-law of his estate.
Edith Clabaugh on the 23rd day of April 2019 filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Goshen County, State of Wyoming, an Petition for Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property and Application for Decree Pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, requesting that the Court vest ownership of Decedent’s interest real property unto her, more particularly described as follows:
The South 50’ of the North 150’ of Tract 18, North Torrington Subdivision, Goshen County, Wyoming.
The petition has been set for hearing in the Eighth Judicial District Courtroom, Goshen Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming at 8 a.m. on the 13th day of June 2019, where all interested persons may appear and object to the prayer of relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution, setting over Decedent’s above-described property to the heir-at-law; Edith Clabaugh to receive an undivided interest therein and thereto.
