SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Alice L. Davis died on the 3rd day of September, 2018, in Torrington, Wyoming, leaving James S. Davis, Debra R. Huckfeldt, and Ronald D. Davis as the sole legatees and devisees of her Estate.
That James S. Davis, on the 18th day of April, 2019, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, his Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, 2017, praying that the Court adjudge James S. Davis, Debra R. Huckfeldt, and Ronald D. Davis to be the owners of the property of the Decedent, and to distribute the same to them; the real property being described as follows:
REAL PROPERTY:
Lot Seven (7), Block Seven (7), Fourth Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
AND Lot Eight (8) Less the East 70 feet thereof, Block Seven (7), Fourth Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
Together with the 1998 Buick Car VIN# 164CW52K1W4616889
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court in the District Court Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:00 o’clock a.m. on the 24th day of May, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over the above described property owned by James S. Davis, Debra R. Huckfeldt, and Ronald D. Davis.
