Notice is hereby given for the application of Pat Bohnenkamp as provided under Section, 18, Subdivision Regulations for the City of Torrington. Applicant is submitting an application for a; Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a storage building without a residence on the lot, and a setback variance from the required 20’ to 10’ from the north property line.
