NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Elmer J. McElhaney died on the 8th day of December, 2017, in Torrington, Wyoming. That pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Decedent filed with the Court, Virginia M. Becker and Marie F. Bussey, are the distributees of his Estate.
That Virginia M. Becker, on the 1st day of March, 2019, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, 2017, praying that the Court adjudge Virginia M. Becker and Marie F. Bussey to be the owners of the property of the Decedent, and to distribute the same to them; the real property being described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 5, Ninth Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
Together with the 1996 Pontiac Four Door Car.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court in the District Court Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:00 o’clock a.m. on the 5th day of April 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over the above described property owned by Decedent to Virginia M. Becker and Marie F. Bussey
