AND ALL PERSONS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE regarding the following described real estate: 16-24-61 NENENE TR 50’ X 108’, GOSHEN COUNTY, WYOMING, as shown on the Record of Survey Goshen County, Wyoming records a tract consisting of .279 acres more or less.
The above described premises was taxed or specially assessed in the name of Tom Carabajal for the year 2014 and was sold for delinquent taxes by Maxine Mitchell, Goshen County Treasurer on July 17, 2014 for taxes due to Goshen County, Wyoming. The County Treasurer thereafter issued Certificate of Purchase No. 15690 to Investment Freedom, LLC. The time for the redemption of the real estate expired on July 17, 2018. Investment Freedom, LLC owner of the Certificate of Purchase of the real estate, will on or after, May 1, 2019 , apply to the County Treasurer of Goshen County, Wyoming, for a Treasurer’s Deed.
There are no known special assessments for local or public improvements that may affect the real estate described herein.
