PUBLIC NOTICE

The Torrington City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 1, 2019 has been changed to Wednesday, January 2, 2019 due to the Holiday, New Year’s Day, falling on Tuesday. The meeting will be held at the regular scheduled time and location.
