NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 15th day of October 2011, Robert L. Warner died in Chaffee County, Colorado, leaving Jane E. Warner (deceased) and Kathy J. Warner, as heirs-at-law of his estate.
Kathy J. Warner and Estate of Jane E. Warner on the 20th day of December 2018 filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Goshen County, State of Wyoming, an Application for a Decree Summary Distribution of Real and Personal Property Pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, requesting that the Court vest ownership of Decedent’s one–fourth interest in real property unto them, particularly described as follows:
All of Section Three (3); East Half (E1/2) and North Half of Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) of Section Four (4); Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 10; All in Township Twenty-three (23) North of Range Sixty-one (61) West of the 6th P.M.
West Half of Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter (W1/2NE1/4NW1/2), West Half of Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4), Southwest Quarter of (SW1/2) of Section Thirty-Four (34) in Township Twenty-Four (24) North of Range Sixty-one (61) West of the 6th P.M.
and personal property described in the petition.
The petition has been set for hearing in the Eighth Judicial District Courtroom, Goshen Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming at 8 a.m. on the 28th day of January 2019, where all interested persons may appear and object to the prayer of relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution, setting over Decedent’s above-described property to the heirs-at-law; Kathy J. Warner and Estate of Jane E. Warner, to receive an undivided interest therein and thereto.
