NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Defendant, Teresa Chaves-Barraza, whose last address is 687 E 5th Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240, that you have been sued by the Plaintiff, John Cearns, in the County Court of Scottsbluff County, Nebraska at case number CI 18-866, and that in order to defend the lawsuit you must file an appropriate written response on or before December 7, 2018, in answer to the Complaint filed against you in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Scottsbluff County, Nebraska, or such Complaint will be taken as true and judgment entered accordingly for the relief requested and demanded in the Complaint. The plaintiff alleges that on June 16, 2017, in Scottsbluff, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska the defendant failed to exercise reasonable care in the operation of her vehicle. And, as a result, the defendant caused injuries and damages to the plaintiff.
