NOTICE OF SUIT

TO:    Estate of Maud Nichols and any heirs, assigns and successors in interest; and
    Estate of Wyoma Y. Hager and any heirs, assigns and successors in interest

Take notice that you have been sued by Plaintiffs in the above entitled court for an Order Quieting Title and Declaratory Judgment granting Plaintiffs legal title to the following described real estate, to-wit:

Twp. 23 North, Range 60 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen Co., WY
Sec. 4: That part of the SW¼SE¼ lying north and east of the middle line of the North Platte River

Unless you answer or otherwise plead on or before December 3, 2018, judgment by default may be rendered against you if you fail to appear.
