April 5

4:47 a.m. – Animal Call, West B Street, Torrington – Deer in town; Wanted to know if someone wanted to herd them out; Per they were not being aggressive or a danger, will not herd them.

8:44 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, East 20th Avenue, Torrington – Car backed into building previous evening; Stuff knocked off the walls; Caller took pictures of the car and license plate.

9:24 a.m. – Harassment, Main Street, Torrington – Officer flagged down; female came out of GetFit and started yelling at reporting person on Main Street.

9:48 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer regarding a scam he has on his phone; Caller said receiving calls saying he owes the IRS money; Has it on his phone and can’t get it off.

10:07 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported an unidentified person in a van approached him asking for work and money.

11:23 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East C Street, Torrington – Caller advised mail stolen from home.

12 p.m. – Traffic violation, U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – Caller reported a vehicle doing an estimated 75 miles per hour with a small child, possibly two years old, with its head sticking out the back window; possible child restraint violation.

3:36 p.m. – Larceny, Main Street, Torrington – One suspect had long hair, wearing “colorful pants;” other in t-shirt w/ long hair.

8:44 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Ridge Road, Torrington – Report of intruder; Caller reportedly in basement reported two firearms on him; Intruder believed to be in living room.

10:45 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, U.S. Hwy. 26, Torrington – ‘Welcome To Wyoming’ sign gone.

April 6

12:44 a.m. – Disturbance, East 6th Avenue, Torrington – Loud music in shed on back of property.

2:31 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East 6th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported hearing people above and below his house.

8:31 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, West B Street, Torrington – Caller reported an unmarked box on the front porch, said not expecting anything and thought it was odd; Caller said they kicked the package to the side of the porch, but hadn’t opened it; Requested someone to check it out.

12:51 p.m. – Animal call, State Hwy. 154, Veteran – Caller had concerns referencing someone starving cattle to death; Caller said cattle were dying and had been for several months.

2:58 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Main Street, Lingle – Woman drove her boyfriend’s car to Lingle PD from Henry, Neb., where she thinks she’s going to leave it for the boyfriend to pick up; Not sure what is going on.

April 7

2:59 p.m. – Found property report, East 18th Avenue, Torrington – Found a wallet in front of their home.

5:36 p.m. – Larceny, Hometown Realty, Main Street, Torrington – Caller claims their rent was stolen; Reported his wife looked around 5 p.m.

11:58 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, Road 59, Torrington – Report of two vehicles, one south and one north of address, in area about 30 minutes; One person arrested.

April 8

12:37 a.m. – Disturbance, East H Street, Torrington – Male and female subjects fighting at residence; caller believed male was intoxicated.

4:45 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East H Street, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer referencing possible stolen mail.

7:33 p.m. – Assist the public, East B Street, Torrington – Caller reported receiving harassing phone calls.

April 9

9:06 a.m. – Vandalism, Grande Vista Road, Torrington – Officer initiated; Vehicle
vandalized.

10:42 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, West 23rd Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported a vehicle parked in front of the residence for four or five days; Caller requested someone check it out.

2:07 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, East 5th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reportedly concerned about a vehicle parked about a block from their home; Vehicle reportedly parked where no houses, so caller felt it was suspicious; Gone on arrival.

3:11 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East M Street, Torrington – Report of unidentified person hanging around the school; Individual riding a bike, has a gray beard wearing a black shirt with green writing.

6:10 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 47, Torrington – Caller reported possible break-in at a home on the property.

April 10

2:47 a.m. – Disorderly conduct, East Valley Road, Torrington – Report of a man urinating at the pump while fueling.

11:26 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Road 82, Lingle – Reported UPS truck vs. caller’s truck accident from March 16; Requested to speak with an officer referencing solution; Caller said they tried dealing with UPS directly with no luck.

12:07 p.m. – Assist the public, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller requested to speak to an officer; Claimed he’s being blackmailed.

2:03 p.m. – Traffic violations, West C Street, Torrington – Report of a vehicle parked over the lines; Officer met with the driver and discussed good driving habits, cautioned him on his parking.

4:56 p.m. – Larceny, East 22nd Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported theft of a white and blue BMX bike.

6:58 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East D Street, Torrington – Caller reported an unknown individual pulled a gun on him and his girlfriend; Subject reportedly ran towards East D Street.

8:23 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances, East Valley Road, Torrington – Report of three young children walking towards the overpass; Reportedly making obscene gestures to passing vehicles; Gone on arrival.

April 11

12:37 a.m. – Harassment, East 24th Avenue, Torrington – Caller reported unidentified male harassing her; Caller said she told him to stop and he continues to call her
all hours.

9:01 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances, Road 41, Torrington – Caller reported when someone burned the ditch, also melted main gas line meter; Caller said there were wires showing and the meter has been known to leak in the past.

10:03 a.m. – Assist the public, East E Street, Torrington – Caller said they believe a house in the neighborhood is a “party house” and wanted police to be aware of it; Caller requested to remain anonymous.

12:41 p.m. – Assist the public, East P Street, Torrington – Talk to kindergartner about stealing.

5:18 p.m. – Assist the public, West B Street, Torrington – Caller requesting extra patrols; Concerned about a white truck allegedly speeding up and down the street; Worried about son getting hit.

11:25 p.m. – Disturbance, East 3rd Street, Torrington – Report of a large party with lots of minors.
