GUERNSEY – With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Louie Collar Jr., further known as “Mr. C,” our loving and devoted grandfather, father and friend to all whose lives he touched.
On Aug. 10, 2022 at his home in Guernsey. He was 86 years young.
A celebration of Louie’s life will be held at Faith Fellowship Church in Guernsey, on Friday, Aug. 19, 2022, beginning at 2 p.m., followed by a meal at the VFW.
