Feb. 16 – Feb. 22

Feb. 16

10:32 a.m. – Welfare check on B Street. Subject works for RP. Subject broke up with girlfriends on the 14th and hasn’t been to work since and won’t answer calls. 

1:08 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on US Highway 26-85. RP says her nephew who lives with her is being followed. RP believes that whoever is following her nephew has been in her house as there are footprints around the windows. 

6:05 p.m. – Assist the public on East B Street. RP advised that her son in law is beating her daughter in Casper. No address for her daughter and RP didn’t know how to get a hold of anyone in Casper. 

Feb. 17 

5:55 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Road 47. There is a guy stealing copper wire in the old missile silo. RP advised that the guy has a big gun on his chest, so he didn’t push the issue too much with him, but RP did make contact with him. 

Feb. 18

8:37 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on US Highway 26-85. Male said he is going to step in front of a train. Does have a knife collection no alcohol or drugs. 

1:03 p.m. – Traffic complaint on Main Street. RP advising they were backing out of a parking lot and a female pulled in and turned around and tried to hit RP’s wife who was driving on the driver’s side of the vehicle. RP claims this was intentional. 

5:38 p.m. – Open door/window on East E Street. RP said door looks open at the house across the street. RP said he thinks the person living there died and said he has never seen the car that was there earlier. RP believes they did not get the door shut tight. 

9:17 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Campbell Drive. RP states they have a patient hold there saying people that are following him are in the parking lot. States it is a red car and brownish/gold suburban. 

Feb. 19

9:55 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Road 47. Woman trying to get out of house. Subject took her phone and will not let her leave.

1:24 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Monte Vista Road. RP said a male subject whipped past RP on the road way. RP followed him and then when RP got there and asked if he was holding the guy up. Male said you better keep driving or I will shoot you. Male then got a gun out of a center console of truck and pointed it at RP. RP is no longer at
the location. 

Feb. 20 

8:00 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on McKenna Road B. RP said 17-year-old male never came home last night. Subject was at the basketball game yesterday afternoon and told RP not to worry about supper because he was going out. RP said this is unusual. 

1:52 p.m. – Larceny on Monte Vista Road. RP said he bicycle was stolen. RP can get the registration and serial on Monday. RP said red and silver with phone baggie on front men’s bicycle. 

3:01 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East 22nd Avenue. RP said his girlfriend is staying with her niece and they want him to take them to get drugs. RP would like to speak to an officer.

3:07 p.m. – Trespass on East F Street. RP said someone keeps trespassing on her property feeding her horse and not covering the food. RP said she does not know who it is.  

Feb. 21

8:24 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle on Road 54/Road 37. RP advising that he was checking the water plant. Suspicious car there and the driver is out just walking around. RP thinks he is up to no good and this is not the first time that the RP has caught him. 

9:16 a.m. – Welfare check on Road 55 F. RP is worried about her brother since they took away his oxygen and she is worried that he is dead. He is in general population now and is no longer COVID positive. 

9:33 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East 22nd Avenue. RP wanting to report subject getting weed from Colorado and selling to minors in Torrington. RP advising that she was just in Colorado yesterday. 

1:57 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances in West C Street. Kid brought a knife to school. He is not threatening anyone he just brought it to school. 

Feb. 22

7:54 a.m. – Assist the public on East 27th Avenue/East D Street. Little boy walking to school and RP is worried because it is too cold, and he is only in a sweatshirt. 

3:32 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Wyncote Road. RP advised at work, and everything is okay. RP says his phone got cold and called. 

4:02 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Albany Avenue/Bighorn Street. Small girl walking home from school and looks like she is about ready to fall because she is so cold. Appears she may be crying. 

5:14 p.m. – Vandalism on East D Street. RP went out to hook up charger to his vehicle. RP claims that his window has been smashed in. RP says it happened in the last few minutes when he went inside his house.
